Joseph Owen was always there fo rme-explaining ongoing litigation, enlightening me as to the legal steps necessary by my negligence suit. The amount of money I received was greater than I anticipated-yet, of course, justified. Nonetheless, I truly doubt whether any other counselor would have been as successful as Mr. Owen. This was due to a 'savoir faire,' a dedication-that few exhibit in any profession.
